6 November 2010: Chief Scout's Silver Award Ceremony

The Chief Scout’s Silver Award is the highest available to Cub Scouts and is achieved by completing all six Challenge badges. This term the Cubs who had worked to achieve their Awards over the last year were invited along to a County-wide ceremony in Wantage. On 6th November Owen, James, Josh J, Dominic, Indie, Peter
and Joe S all received a certificate and a special woggle from the County Chief Scout's Silver Award Ceremony Commissioner (Dylan had also achieved the award but was unable to attend).

We currently have three Cubs (Sylver, Harry and Liam) on five Challenges, plus two Cubs (Hamish and Aaron) on four challenges so I’m hoping that they will all have the opportunity to finish off their remaining badges over the next few terms and attend the Chief Scout’s Silver Award ceremony next November.
