St George's Day Parade (22 April 2012)

St George's Day is one of the key dates in the Scouting calendar and is one of the few times in the year that Scouting is visible to members of the public. The Cubs meet on Broad Street, together with other members of the Group and other Scouts from throughout Oxford. They then parade through the city and finish at the Castle for a short outdoor service.

We expect all Cubs to attend this event. Cubs who do not attend need to have a good excuse for not being there! Those Cubs who have impressed us most throughout the year may earn the opportunity to carry the flag. Perfect behaviour is expected throughout the parade and service.

Please submit the form below by 19 April 2012 to confirm your Cub's attendance.
